i kicked members from the alliance who didn't talk or post anything i gave some of them lots of chances and i told them more then once to start talking but they didn't listen they got kicked if you wanna raid them i don't care if they wanna join the alliance back they gotta talk and make mayor improvments and if you get talked to answer back or u can get kicked becouse the one that talks to you can need your help
